*a little of Explore*

So, I'm a bit late sharing with you guys, but here is week one from Shimelle's online class *Explore* which I am really loving btw!

Week 1- Adventure! Prompt one was to take a self portrait and then write a little 'note to self' which I loved doing, I have kept mine a little private by writing it on a tag (inside the Kraft envelope)
These are some pics from the map/postcard prompts, although having said that, the picture of the postcard is missing! Oopps!

A list of my Perfect things! I wrote down things from 1-10 but wrote down number 9 twice so I just added a 10.5 to the end!
At the end of the week, we were challenged to make a 12x12 LO using all the thoughts/techniques that we had learnt throughout the week. I based mine on life's little adventures and made nine circle embellishments which was a project from the week.
I wasn't sure of the colours, but I love them now x
This page is my 'write on a photo' page which I think looks cute with the star and puffy sticker!

*May 2011 Documented*

My Document 2011 album is shaping up nicely! (trying to catch up) I love documenting the different things that happen each month and writing about them all in one place...

...So May looked a bit like this. Taye achieved his level 2 Stanley swimming award, grandma and I had a fish pedicure, which was actually quite nice! We had some lovely spring weather and I took my first driving test which I failed (passed 2nd time though)

*It's that Friday Feeling*

Morning all you lovelies! Hope that the glorious sun is shinning where you are! Although sunshine isn't always the perfect scrapping weather is it?

This first LO was based on Kirsty Wisemans wednesday night crop, which was actually 10 days ago but still, I wanted to share. Here is the sketch and this is her version

My laptop decided not to play nice and shut down half way through so was quite annoyed that I couldn't watch Kirsty finish her sketch but anyways this is mine.
Still totally loving the coloured dollies, super lush!!
This next LO is my version of Sarah's Card's July sketch challenge which is a really cute design.

made some of my own embellies and tabs and used some journalling strips from Scrapbook Printables, which is amazing for free stuff to print!
on another note, I went to see Take That last Friday in the mighty Wembley!, and it was AMAZING!!! here is the evidence...
