*Kirsty's Wednesday night crop challenge*

Hi you lovely lot, I know you are all probably huge Kirsty Wiseman fans like me, but have you ever taken part in one of her 'Wednesday night live scrap and chat crop night things? well I hadn't until last night and let me tell you it was intense! more intense than the Masterchef final (in a good way that is)

Once a fortnight on a wednesday, at 8pm, Kirsty goes live on Ustream (find the link through the Facebook group page here) where she creates a layout based on the chosen sketch! Those watching can have a little chat before we start our pages and upload them before 10pm! It was close I can tell you!

Anyway here is my page based on the lovely sketch which you can find on Kirsty's amazing blog
So much fun I can tell you so will absolutely completely be doing it again!

Are you all getting excited about the Royal Wedding tomorrow? I cant wait, I have made mini bunting and will be making smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches and drinking yummy Bucks Fizz! Have a great day xxx

*The Easter Sketch*

I hope that you all had a fab Easter and received some wonderful chocolate eggs! We certainly did and I am sure that they will last all of a week! I love chocolate.
Every Easter sunday, we go over to my Grandmas for lunch and an egg hunt for the kids! Grandad hid 18 small eggs this year (2 up from last year I think) and its always a great time, especially when Grandad can't remember where he hid some of the difficult ones. But all were found in the end.
Here are the pics to prove it, and the LO is based from Shimelle's SOTW which also has an easter theme to it this week!

I'm totally loving clusters of embellies right now...
I used small rectangle photos instead of Shimelle's square ones...
Enjoy eating all the yummy chocolate eggs x

February Documented!

So this is a little of what my February looked like for my Document 2011 album! I made this LO for a Pencil Lines weekly sketch (find my full post here) but thought that it would also work for Feb's focus page too! So here it is...
I just love a grey/pink combo x
This is one side of the divided page, I have used some landscape ones from American Crafts and have found them a little bit easier than using the portrait ones like I did for Jan! but still much prefer the classic 12x12 size x
And this is the other side
This is my collected page, which holds various bits and pieces saved up over the month x
Thanks for looking, now I must catch up and finish my March pages x

*Finally some scrapping to share*

Yes I am still here, and actually have a few LO's to share with you all which is always a bonus! So here is my first page, based on this sketch for Shimelle's 4x6 Photo Love March Challenge! I think that 4x6 is my favourite size to scrap with, although I am very excited to get some of my Hipstamatic photos printed from Photobox! (using this fab tutorial)
This months challenge is to use 3 photos and 3 borders! I have kept my photo's portrait but may use this sketch again using landscape ones!
So this next layout, is another Shimelle inspired page (SOTW) based on this sketch x I have kept this page quite simple and I actually like it how it is, I also really love with the natural tone colours on this page, using some American Crafts and Echo Park papers, classic Bazzill cardstock and Prima flowers!
Used a few more Lullaby Thickers from AC of course...
note: I promise to share with you my February pages for my Document 2011 next week!!!
